About The Opportunity Some of your responsibilities will include: Providing first-level IT support to both staff and customers, primarily within a Windows environment Managing user accounts, including user setups, password resets, and account deactivations Handling the deployment and reissuing of desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile phones Offering support for Microsoft Office applications About You The successful candidate will have: Experience working in a help desk environment, with exposure to transport and logistics being advantageous Qualifications or certifications such as a Certificate III or IV in IT or CompTIA certifications (desirable) Strong communication and customer service to interact face-to-face with both customers and staff A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment What's in it for You?
