We are seeking a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This role will involve providing support and training to participants in individual and group settings, conducting assessments, writing behaviour plans, and developing programs.

* Provide direct behavioural interventions for participants in individual and group sessions
* Support the Regional Clinical Manager with providing clinical supervision to the Behaviour Support Practitioner team
* Develop Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with all key stakeholders
* Work with varying professionals including doctors, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to develop and implement individualised client goals and checklists
What We Are Looking For
* A bachelor's degree and/or post graduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support
* Strong professional experience in Positive Behaviour Support services
* Demonstrated experience providing clinical expertise, supervision and leadership in a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
* High level oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated and effective time management skills
* Current NDIS Screening and Working with Children Checks and an NDIS Practitioner ID.
