Associate Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy, engineering services, technical input and direction in design in the ANZ region.
- Work alongside Senior and Principal Engineers assisting with project delivery, design management and project management, and assist with positioning and winning projects involving a range of services.
- Assist with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.
- Support leaders in team development and growth, building design capability and growing the portfolio.
- Interface with GID delivery centres to improve delivery capability and develop understanding of civil principles.
- Mentor and assist in developing Graduate and Experienced Engineers, particularly in the use of civil analysis software.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver goals and targets of the team, section and PU; attend client meetings and maintain/build client relationships; support robust service delivery and manage technical relationships.
- Represent the transport team at meetings; ensure tasks are understood; monitor workload and timing; balance scope of deliverables with time allocation.
- Support your PU to thrive in a global setting by encouraging cross-geography relationships to maximise the benefits of global delivery for clients and staff.
