We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our high-performing, experienced, and dynamic agency. Experience in any area of real estate and general knowledge of the sales process is preferred. The Agents Reps Certificate preferred and the Driver's License essential.
This full-time, salary-based position provides invaluable experience and serves as a crucial stepping-stone in your professional journey.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Engage in daily prospecting activities, including door knocking, letter drops & cold calling.
* Procure property listings for sale.
* Identify and connect with potential buyers and vendors
* Liaise with the marketing and administration team.
* Attend appraisals and assist in pre-listing preparations.
* Assist with market appraisals.
* Coordinate and manage property inspections and prepare vendor reports.
* Assist in managing active listings and sold properties, including vendor and buyer liaison.
* Manage vendor and buyer inquiries, as well as communication with solicitors.
* Build and manage a client database.
* Perform data entry tasks.

* Strong work ethics and flexibility with working hours (Saturday working)
