You’ll be the glue for our small, high-performing team, and the one who
sets the business up to scale.
You’ll extract the CEO’s strategic vision and lock it into daily operating
systems, team rhythm, and commercial outcomes.
This is a 12-month full-time role, with a clear 8-month contract-to-
impact runway.
We’re open on structure - fixed-term employment or fractional
contract -but it’s fully on-site, deeply embedded, and hands-on.

* Are a commercial operator with strong instincts for structure, delivery, client success, and scalability
* Might be a former founder, agency GM, Apple retail leader, or team lead who found corporate too slow or sales too shallow
* Are a fast learner, sharp communicator, and quiet force of execution
* Don’t get stuck in the weeds, but you do know how to drive outcomes through detail

* You’ve translated CEO knowledge into scalable systems and team capability
* Team is sharp, motivated, and trusted under your leadership
* Vendor relationships are high-performing and value-aligned
* Commercial growth strategies are launched and showing traction
* Client outcomes are strong, with net growth and creative productivity gains
* You’re building scalable foundations for the next stage of Origin84’s evolution
YOU’LL BE LEADING
* A growing team of technical specialists, service delivery leads, and trusted vendors
* Daily operations across client delivery, sales, finance, systems, and people
* Strategic initiatives to increase profitability, resilience, and reputation
* Talent development, operational tempo, and system design for scale
What You’ll Do
* Run the business engine while the CEO leads strategy, vision, and partnerships
* Own sales and service delivery outcomes
* Build lean, scalable workflows and operating structures
* Lead with accountability and purpose, keeping the team learning, sharp and focused
* Translate commercial goals into action across departments
* Be the single point of operational confidence - solving, guiding, simplifying
* Continuously optimise processes, tools, and outcomes
* Be both hands-on and high-level, wherever you create the most leverage
