We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Export Coordinator within the Logistics team in Sydney.

Job Summary:
The focus of the role is to provide a high level of customer service and process documentation for export freight for clients in accordance with current legislation and company policies. Ideally tertiary qualified, with a background within the manufacturing export industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, reviewing and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of export shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing declarations, Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI), certificates of origin, quarantine permits etc.- As part of the logistics team, Identify and resolve all import / export issues.- Updating shipping information in our ERP system.- Monitor and track all shipping costs.- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders including major customers, overseas suppliers, custom brokers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service- To perform Data Entry, Job Creation, Billing, General administration or any Ad hoc duties/tasks assigned- Ensure consistent Customer satisfaction by providing effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, addressing issues, and resolving concerns promptly- Take full responsibility and end-to-end ownership of customer Logistics and customer issues- Ability to review purchase orders and shipment contents before releasing them from our contracted facility.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A strong background in international trade or logistics with other relevant qualifications together with previous experience in a similar role.- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer savvy- Previous scheduling experience withing the transport industry.- Sound knowledge of quality procedures in a regulated industry is required.- Experience working with ERP systems is highly advantageous.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to generate reports and create visibility across logistics and distribution for internal teams.- Open C Class driver's license and reliable transport.- Be innovative and develop continuous improvement initiatives to drive costs down.- Planning and organisational skills

Experience, Education and Qualification:
- At least 2 Experience in Freight, Logistics and Distribution within a highly regulated industry is required.- Energetic, motivated, highly organised and have a high attention to detail.- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding written, personal and communication skills.- Strong computer literacy across MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).- Proficiency in logistics software and systems- Must have full working rights in Australia._
