 
        
        Our client, creates, and distributes luxurious bath, body and lifestyle products that take one on an indulgent sensory journe, and are now seekign a Customer Service Coordinator. 
In this diverse role, you will be an active member of the team working closely with both internal and external associates. This role is a combination of customer service and sales administration support. You will be working in a busy and wide-ranging environment. You are expected to be a part of a high-performance working culture ensuring top quality customer service is maintained. 
A self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time. You also enjoy keeping busy and working in a supportive team environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Order processing end to end (systems used are SAP & Field Folio) 
New customer set up and follow up. 
Price maintenance via internal systems. 
Report generation to support field sales team members. 
Follow up in a timely manner all internal and external sales queries. 
General reception duties. 
Liaising with supply chain ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner. 
Following up new account leads and order generation. 
Provide field sales support to all sales representatives. 
Management of returns and pickups 
Liaise with couriers including tracking and tracing. 
Technical Capability: 
Requires Intermediate SAP, Excel and Word experience 
About You: 
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines. 
Demonstrated experience or an aspirational drive to sell and provide a great customer experience 
Previous experience in a customer service environment 
Competent in using CRM computer systems or the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems 
Ability to work in a team environment 
Ability to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs
