Roles & responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Manage IT systems, network services, and performing maintenance tasks.
* Support the roll-out of new applications and managing upgrades.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and company IT policies.
* Monitor and maintaining computer systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
* Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
* Proficiency in technical support processes (remote and onsite).
* Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
