About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to support day-to-day operations and personnel onsite. This role will see you play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and empowering staff.
This role is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday).
In this position, your duties will also include:
- Manage new personnel arrivals to site and mobilisation e.g., inductions, site access, transport, accommodation.
- Coordination and management of mobilisation of Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) workers.
- Transportation of employees to clinics and appointments.
- Conflict resolution and addressing employee issues proactively.
- Manage and support onsite employee wellbeing including regular check-ins and follow ups.
- Education and mentoring of onsite employees in relation to workplace operations.
- Fostering the relationship between the client and RWM's employees.
- Manage the onsite workforce, including employee onboarding, employee performance and conduct related matters, probationary checks, warnings, and terminations.
- Escalate serious breaches or seek guidance on desired outcome to Internal HR.
- Oversee, manage, and report on employee retention and attendance.
- Educate and coach onsite employees and visitors on safe site practices.
- Monitor and report site safety and WHS policies and procedures.

You should also possess the following attributes:
- People management experience
- Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to the fundamentals of Human Resources, HR experience is desirable
- Open Drivers Licence and reliable vehicles
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to receive a QFever vaccination and complete a Police Check
- Exposure to site safety and WHS policies is desired
- Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce is desired
