Responsible for overseeing and managing complaints and disputes, and leading a team of Complaints Specialists for a life insurer.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage customer complaints and disputes within SLAs 
- Lead and manage a team of Complaints Specialists 
- Provide monthly reporting on all disputes 
- Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. AFCA) regarding complaints and disputes
**Key requirements**:
- Strong experience in complaints and dispute handling 
- Experience in life insurance and/or financial services 
- Demonstrated analytical skills 
- Excellent written and verbal communication 
- Leadership and management experience
