About the Role
We are currently seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead our service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
* This role involves creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools.
* You will be the face of Our Service and create positive relationships within the school community.
* Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
* Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
* Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. You will also need to have completed or be in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
* Able to obtain valid Employee Working with Children's Check.
* Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
* Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
