About the role
Wagga Caravans is seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the maintenance and repair of our fleet of caravans and motorhomes. As an experienced Auto Electrician, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service and support.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults in caravans and motorhomes
* Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, batteries, charging systems and other components
* Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative servicing
* Liaise with customers to understand their electrical requirements and provide expert advice
* Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
* Ensure workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order
What we're looking for
* Qualified Auto Electrician with a minimum of 2 years' experience
* Strong understanding of electrical systems in caravans, motorhomes and vehicles
* Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical faults efficiently
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
* Proven experience working in a workshop environment
* Passion for providing high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Current driver's licence and your own tools
