Our client is currently seeking a Lead Digital Performance Analyst to join their organisation in a role with a focus on Power BI and building integrated models across source systems.
In this role you will be responsible for reporting and analysis by reviewing reporting and performance needs to identify changes, solutions and recommendations that will lead to better informed decision making and processes for business improvement.
To be eligible for this role applicants must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain Baseline clearance.
As the Lead Digital Performance Analyst, you will:
* Develop automated reports, conduct analysis, and provide insight into key performance metrics and create final displays of the results, often for formal presentations.
* Produce high level artefacts including business, process and data flow diagrams articulating current and future states for management and use of data and applications.
* Develop key analysis documentation and present to senior business executives to gain approval.
* Prepare technical and system documents as required. Identify and provide solutions for process redundancies/inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Demonstrated experience working with high volume operational data and information.
* Experience in analysis on range of platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
* Demonstrated ability in undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the development of strategies and initiatives to improve business and customer outcomes.
* Effective communicator who can explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to elicit reporting requirements and deliver operational data to support data driven decision making.
* Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Highly Desirable: Experience using Power BI, SQL, Python, R
