Service & Aftersales Advisor - Traralgon
The Service & Aftersales Advisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service center, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves leading technicians and support staff, managing resources, and implementing processes that adhere to safety, industry, and quality standards. The goal is to ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience, reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service center operations, ensuring timely completion of jobs meeting quality standards.
Manage and schedule repair orders to optimize team and resource utilization.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts to prevent delays.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout repairs.
Delegate tasks effectively to maximize team efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction from inquiry to repair completion.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions.
Communicate with customers regarding repair status, costs, and timelines.
Oversee final vehicle preparation for delivery, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Caravan, Automotive, or Recreational Vehicles industry (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and experience towing caravans (towing experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
