About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administration Officer to join our team at Kidman Park on a Permanent Part Time basis.
Working Monday - Thursday 0800-1600pm
Reporting to the General Manager - Food Services, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administration support to the business
* Raising purchase orders and invoicing customers
* Preparing and finalising end of month reporting
* Maintaining HACCP documentation
* Coordinate meetings, minutes and action items
* Understanding and complying with WHS policies and procedures
* Assisting with day-to-day rostering for the kitchen staffing
To be successful, you will have
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Complete an NDIS workers check
* Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
