Avon & Central Population Health Unit are seeking a suitably experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team!
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 28/06/2027, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency, while the substantive occupant is on a period of Parental Leave.
Position Profile
In collaboration with the Coordinator Subacute Care coordinates the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services and programs to the designated patients serviced by the Subacute Care Unit. In accordance with WACHS policies and guidelines provides Occupational Therapy services across the continuum of care at an advanced practice level including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning to a designated caseload of admitted and non-admitted patients and performs associated administrative duties. Supervises any Occupational Therapy staff or support staff allocated to the clinical area, coordinates duties and manages performance.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
