As the Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and quality systems across the organisation's care services. You'll partner with the Residential Manager and Community Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
This is the perfect role for a clinically strong RN ready to move into a senior quality leadership position or an existing Quality Manager seeking a new challenge within a supportive, medium-sized provider.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, implement, and monitor the organisation's Quality & Clinical Governance Framework
Oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards (residential & community)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of care
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and clinical reviews
Support accreditation processes and regulatory reporting
Mentor and guide the clinical care team to ensure best practice
Collaborate with leadership to deliver safe, person-centred care
Analyse data and implement strategies for improved outcomes
What You Bring
Current
AHPRA Registered Nurse
registration
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience in residential aged care and/or community care
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to engage teams and promote a culture of quality and safety
Audit, quality, or compliance experience highly regarded
