Are you a people person with a passion for helping others achieve their property dreams? Loan Market Aqua, a leading local mortgage broking firm based in the heart of the Woody Point and Margate community, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team.
We pride ourselves on making the home loan process stress-free and rewarding. As our Customer Service Manager, you will be the "voice" of our office—the first point of contact for our clients and the glue that keeps their experience seamless and positive.
The Role
This is an on-site position where you will manage the daily "front-of-house" operations of our client journey. You'll be responsible for:
• Managing all incoming communications via phone and email with a polished, friendly professional manner.
• Proactively assisting clients with inquiries regarding their loan applications or general concerns.
• Ensuring every client feels valued through efficient, high-touch support.
• Collaborating with our brokers to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained from the first call to settlement and beyond.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Customer Service or Support roles (Experience in Finance or Real Estate is a plus, but not essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work on-site in our Woody Point, QLD office.
