We are seeking a skilled, collaborative, and motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Ridley AgriProducts in Tamworth. If you bring hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment—or are eager to grow your capabilities—we would love to hear from you.

The Role

Working closely with the Tamworth and production teams, you will:

* Maintain and repair a range of manufacturing equipment
* Support and champion safe work practices
* Assist with maintenance budgeting
* Carry out time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance
* Plan maintenance activities to support production goals and reduce downtime
* Experience with computer-based maintenance systems is highly regarded.

About You

You will bring:

* A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets
* Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
* Experience with production/maintenance KPIs and preventative maintenance programs
* Confident computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Guardian, or D365 is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
* Over 2 years of industry experience, ideally within manufacturing or maintenance teams
* A current valid driver's licence and forklift licence (HRW)
* A BI boiler licence (advantageous but not essential)
* Previous experience supporting an Apprentice to learn the craft (advantageous but not essential)
