Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast at Alexandra Headland, providing several budget friendly cabin and caravan accommodation options.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Tourist Park, on a part time basis.
This role involves supporting housekeeping, guest services, light maintenance, and grounds upkeep to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors. The position will include a combination of indoor & outdoor work, with a focus on guest-facing duties and behind the scenes support. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.
This role will include:
• Assisting with guest check-in and check-out, providing friendly and professional service.
• Carrying out light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor issues, and reporting larger repairs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of outdoor areas including gardens, pathways, and general grounds.
• Supporting the overall upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment.
• Responding to guest requests in a timely and helpful manner.
• Stripping and preparing beds for housekeeping staff or guest turnover.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Basic handyman/maintenance abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
