About This Role
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Australian-owned builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial and public sectors. With a growing pipeline of work in Melbourne, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to lead projects and drive outcomes on-site. What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
* Manage site teams, subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth delivery
* Drive programme adherence, sequencing and productivity on site
* Maintain high standards across safety, quality and compliance
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and engineers
* Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
* Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial / industrial projects
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality
* Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
* Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Relevant trade or construction qualifications (preferred)
