About the Practice
Waterfront floor‐to‐ceiling views from every surgery, a quaint 5‐chair practice utilising the latest dental technologies and equipment, including OPG, iTero, CEREC, CBCT, and intra‐oral cameras. You will lead a team of five associate dentists, two hygienists, and an experienced Practice Manager. The practice has been serving the local community for over 30 years and boasts a loyal patient base and a longstanding, cohesive team.

As the Lead Dentist you will motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, while maintaining a compassionate approach that puts patients at ease. You will lead by example, combining dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure the team performs optimally, the practice meets its objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.

Skills & Experience
You have:
* Minimum of 7 years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
* Previous leadership and mentoring experience (desirable)
* Experience with CEREC, implants, Invisalign, surgical procedures and the ability to operate a GA list
* Current unconditional AHPRA registration
* An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
* Current professional indemnity insurance
