You’ll take the reins as Restaurant Manager, playing a pivotal role in the pre-opening and beyond. From hiring and training your team to shaping service culture and managing operations, this is a chance to lead from the front and make the restaurant your own. You’ll report into the Melbourne-based executive team and enjoy full autonomy on the ground.
