Role Overview
As a Purchasing Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the Global Buying team to ensure seamless purchase order processing and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and maintain purchase orders accurately
* Raise and manage orders in the product database, ensuring high accuracy
* Develop internal product descriptions
* Maintain effective sample management systems
* Collate samples for relevant meetings as required
* Provide administrative support and database maintenance
* Partner closely with Assistant Buyers to support market research initiatives
About You
* A recent fashion graduate or final year online student seeking a full-time role in buying and purchasing
* Relevant tertiary qualification in fashion merchandise/enterprise or equivalent
* Experience working in retail environments
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Able to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
* Skilled in relationship-building across the business
* Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude
