Our Client
This group specializes in commercial new build and fit‐out projects up to $20 M. They have strong relationships in the defense, school and government sectors and have delivered projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Project Manager to manage a new build school and defense project.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors of the company, you will be responsible for:
* Management of two commercial projects.
* Management of project budget and cost reports.
* Client management and running PCGs.
* Management of site team and contract administrator.
* Design and consultant management.
About You
You will ideally have experience working on commercial new build or fit‐out projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. You must have strong commercial and construction knowledge and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders on the projects.
