The Role
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Area Partner and Partner, along with our Associates, Sales, and Operations teams at our Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre operation. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping the wider team deliver exceptional outcomes.
By meticulously managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and adeptly handling correspondence and administrative tasks, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the greater team.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, detailed administrative support to the Area Partner and Partner.
- Handling correspondence and administrative tasks, draft letters and documents, and initiate communications.
- Gather and analyse information to aid decision-making processes.
- Implement and improve administrative systems, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
- Champion projects from coordination to completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Knowledge of the audiovisual industry and terminology is a plus.
