Employment Conditions: Full Time Contract
Salary: $72,745.05 – $75,806.90
Generous salary packaging: $15,899.94 p/a
Professional development incentive: Allowance of $1,500 p/a
Reports to: Executive Manager Stronger Families
Remote retention allowance: $1,500 after 1 year of service and $3,000 after 2 years' service
Annual remote travel allowance: $1,500 for personal travel after 1 year of service
Annual local Bi-Lingual allowance: Up to $1,500

Responsibilities
* Admin Duties: Provide high level Administration assistance to the Stronger Families Section as required.
* Provide high level Administrative services for other reception areas as directed by the General Manager.
* Schedule and update appointment calendars, meetings and cancellations as directed by the Stronger Families Executive Manager.
* Take minutes at meetings, type minutes, seek approval before distribution.
* Prepare an action item list from meetings and undertake actions as delegated by the Stronger Families Executive Manager.
* Reception duties; organize and arrange meetings for client, external, senior management and team meetings as directed.
* Book accommodation and travel and arrange other business trip logistics as directed.
* Prepare correspondence; maintain and create filing systems; maintain the Team Calendar.
* Handle message taking with caller details and purpose of call.
* Perform or participate in other duties appropriate to the position or the section as directed.
* Community-Based Assistance: Assist with general team health promotion activities; work within specific section projects; assist with health promotion in specific projects; assist with development of community links for projects.
About You / Qualifications
* Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent; this is an Aboriginal Identified Position.
* Respect for Traditional Culture and cultural diversity; ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
* Previous Administration experience or qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Current NT Driver's License.

* National Police Clearance and Ochre Card (NT Working with Children) before commencement.
