Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist, Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account growth and profitability through assessing and building on areas of momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Capitalise on product/pricing opportunities and develop innovative sales tactics to improve sales performance with key accounts.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and assigned accounts to drive business results.
\
* Deliver timely reporting and forecasting to support business decision-making.
\
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer base.
\
* Collaborate with Sales Planning to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
\
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to inform future business planning.
\
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
\
* Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
\
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
\
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
\
* Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
\
* Develop and implement targeted sales plans to address specific business challenges.
\
* Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies.
\
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
\
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the golf industry to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the sporting goods/fashion industry.
\
* Strong understanding of the golf industry and its various segments.
\
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
\
* Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering business results.
\
* Results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
\
* Highly organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

* Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license (if applicable).

* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
\
* Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances (if required).
