About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Night Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in one of Brisbane's most iconic new residential and hotel precincts.
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the Front Desk.
* Assist with training, coaching and supporting Guest Service Agents.
* Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism.
* Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Support the Front Office leadership team with daily operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous Front Office/Guest Service Agent experience.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
