Full-Time Retail Professional - NEW Store Opening in Redyard, Auburn
We are looking for a Retail Professional to join our new Redyard clearance outlet in Auburn on a FULL-TIME basis.
Please note, this role requires availability to work 38 hours during selected weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities:
* Achieve store sales and KPI targets, take ownership, and utilize store resources to meet or exceed goals.
* Deliver excellent customer service standards to meet or surpass customer expectations.
* Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
* Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
* Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way.
Requirements:
* Strong retail sales or customer service background with proven success.
* Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in your application.
