Position Description: Test Manager – ERP Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for a large-scale ERP replacement program. This is a hands-on contract role suited to a professional who can quickly embed into the team, operate independently, and deliver immediate value.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for the ERP implementation.
* Establish and manage test plans, schedules, environments, and governance
* Lead all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
* Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure quality outcomes
* Identify and manage risks, defects, and dependencies, providing clear reporting to stakeholders
* Ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and release goals
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex ERP or transformation programs
* Strong hands-on testing expertise across tools, methodologies, and environments
* Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes independently in fast-paced environments
* Experience working within large, cross-functional delivery teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to quickly assess, prioritise, and drive execution with minimal ramp-up
