About the Role
* Complete take-offs and collate tender pricing
* Analyse, negotiate and revise inclusions with trade and contractor pricing
* Ensure the efficient and accurate production of building estimates
* Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Complete quantity take-offs for building materials & labour
* Compile and issue purchase orders
* Perform estimating associated administrative duties
Skills & Experience
* Experience working on Medium-Density projects (Townhouses) Demonstrated experience as an estimator within residential construction (volume experience suitable)
* Ability to prioritise work, manage timeframes and hit deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Sound knowledge of the construction process and industry standards
* Proficiency with Databuild or Business Craft is essential
