The Adelaide Clinic, a leading provider of psychiatric services in this state, is seeking a skilled professional to join our Administration team.
As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive customer-focused service to all aspects of the Hospital Front Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Implementing hospital standard policies and processes with consistency;
* Providing high-level customer service directly to patients at the front desk, processing their initial paperwork efficiently; and
* Attending the Reception desk, directing visitors and handling enquiries effectively.
Requirements for the role include:
* Professional administrative skills and experience within the health industry;
* A positive and welcoming customer service skillset;
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team;
* Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) will be highly regarded;
* Strong computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite;
* Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded.
