Jimboomba Tavern – Bar & Gaming Attendant
The Jimboomba Tavern is undergoing a major refurbishment and seeks a dynamic team to relaunch the popular local venue. We are hiring passionate Bar and Gaming Attendants to join us for our next chapter.
About the Role
To be part of the team, applicants must be 18 or older and hold current RSA and RCG certifications. We require a strong attitude, team play, and flexible availability across a 7‐day roster, including days, nights (some late‐night finishes), weekends and public holidays. Successful candidates should be available for training shifts surrounding July 1st, leading up to the venue reveal and Grand Opening on July 31st.
A Day in the Life of a Bar & Gaming Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance the guest experience.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service so every interaction is fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, uphold high standards and create a memorable experience.
* Support the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* You are a natural at making people feel welcome and have an eye for detail.
* You are a team player motivated to create magic for guests and teammates.
* You hold a current RSA certificate and have flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
