You will be responsible for driving engineering deliverables through influence rather than authority, managing repair requests in a high-volume environment, and responding to high-severity events. Regular presentations to senior leadership will require you to synthesize problems and solutions into a simple and consumable manner.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy operational tools to automate processes and reduce operational overhead
* Hire, Develop, and Mentor team members
* Work with other engineers to build and manage massively scaled services
* Work with other engineers to diagnose and resolve customer issues
* Track the health of our services, identify and fix problems on complex systems with massive scale
Requirements
* 3+ years of engineering experience
* 1+ years of engineering team management experience
* 3+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
* Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/network development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Success delivering products/services in a high-growth environment
* Ability to take raw product requirements and create software architectures and designs
