About the Role

Businesses in Melbourne and the eastern states are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive new business across the eastern region through relationship-building and lead generation.
* Develop a 90/10 office/onsite hybrid schedule - balancing teamwork with remote work.
* Build a pipeline of 12-month contracts through proactive outreach and negotiation.
* Utilize sales strategies and data analysis to hit monthly targets of $25k+
* Collaborate with a high-performing sales executive team to drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has successfully sold into blue-collar B2B industries. A confident communicator is required, able to engage with C-suite executives and business owners.
