Job Summary:
The Psychologist role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to students from Pre-Prek to Year 12, promoting their well-being through collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct educational and psychological assessments to diagnose developmental needs in children and adolescents.
2. Deliver personalized counseling therapy programs for individuals and groups, addressing various aspects of mental health.
3. Apply evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive change.
4. Prioritize psycho-educational assessment by utilizing a range of tools, clinical measurements, interviews, observations. Developing individualized plans that foster intellectual growth while maintaining a holistic approach towards student wellbeing.
