Store Performance Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of two retail stores in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, able to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, optimize staffing plans, and increase profitability.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of store managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
* This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including district managers and office teams.
* Regular store visits will be conducted to evaluate business opportunities, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance to store managers.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-store management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven leadership and influential skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
