Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and execute customer account growth strategies to maximize Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform sales.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customers' business drivers, creating compelling narratives that position Red Hat's automation solutions as key enablers of technology-driven innovation and digital transformation.
* Navigate complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, working closely with account management, solutions architects, and professional services teams.
* Maintain quantitative and qualitative performance expectations.
* Apply leadership skills and extensive experience in identifying transformation projects by engaging senior executives (C-Level decision makers) and winning their support.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience selling automation and management software offerings, cloud services, or related technology solutions.
* Value-based solutions selling expertise; ability to translate customer business and transformation objectives into the value delivered by technology solutions.
* Creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
* Passion for open source technology and understanding of the Red Hat software subscription business model.
* Proven ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
