Occupational Health Nurse Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical assessments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in our Rockhampton centre, part-time (25 hours per week), and be required to perform pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance, injury management, and other related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary level qualifications in nursing
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience or accreditation in spirometry, audiometry, or drug and alcohol testing is highly regarded
* Commitment to best practice
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Exceptional customer service and cultural sensitivity
