At SLCN Therapy, we're dedicated to empowering children and young people with disabilities to thrive. We're seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Derrimut, Victoria. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals including a behaviour therapist, developmental educator, and supportive admin staff.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Speech Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping children reach their full potential by:
Conducting standardised assessments and developing individualised therapy plans
Supporting children with developmental delays and autism spectrum conditions
Delivering therapy in clinic, home, school, and online settings
Coaching parents and caregivers to embed therapy into daily routines
Collaborating with families to set meaningful, functional goals
Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements
Promoting inclusion and participation in community life
Working closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care

What You'll Need
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
Passion for working with children and families
Experience in paediatric assessments and therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Required checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence

What do you need to join?
* Tertiary qualifications with current Speech Pathology Australia registration;
* Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for families
* Possess the ability to provide support and offer knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people and parents;
* Experience in completing assessments and therapy for children and adolescents;
* Compliance – registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, Driver's Licence & Vehicle.
