**Job Description**:
We have the rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services business and be part of with a growing and dynamic team within the Colliers business.
The Marketing Manager** **is responsible for amplifying the brand of the team through the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at raising brand awareness, both internally and externally, promoting our services, expertise, and people.
Reporting to the Managing Director | Real Estate Management Services the position is primarily responsible for supporting our brand, client marketing and our internal operational platforms.
It will also help drive internal communications and engagement plans to raise brand awareness of the Real Estate Management Services across the business to help generate referrals and new business.
The role will also strategically guide and review marketing activities supported by the administration team and retail leasing teams.
**Qualifications**:
**To excel in this dynamic and fast paced role you will require**:
- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- Minimum 2 years' general marketing experience in similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to priories tasks.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (PhotoShop and/or Indesign) is desirable.
This role is key member within the team, working closely with its leaders as well as develop your career within an industry leading Marketing & Communications team focused on innovation and industry best practice.
