Experience in the telco industry is helpful, but we value transferable skills just as much
Clear and approachable communication

Able to work both independently and within a team

Lead, develop, and coach your team for improved performance and succession planning
Supervise a medium to large team, collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs
Manage team performance, working closely with staff to achieve targets
Plan resource requirements within your team
Contribute to enhancing regular procedures and support systems
Follow Aussie Broadband's policy to escalate customer complaints
Coordinate daily operations with Team Leaders & Aussie Experts, including scheduling and managing leave approvals

Aussie Broadband is an Australian operated telecommunications company that was formed in 2008 and is based in Morwell Victoria, Australia.
The company's main focus is nbn (NBN) subscription plans and bundles to residential homes, small businesses, not-for-profits, corporate/enterprise and managed service providers.
