Position: Operations Assistant
Location: Port Kembla
Pay Rate: $43.06 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift
You will be responsible for providing administration functions in support of Port Operations Manager and broader operations team

Duties
Provide clear written & verbal communication when coordinating Truck Dispatch.
Maintain and monitor systems that support operations, including purchasing, learning, and finance.
Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake administrative project and general administration work as required.
About Your Experience
Analytical skills and a basic accounting principle understanding.
Intermediate ability in MS Excel is required as well as some experience with finance, procurement and/or Accounting System (ideally SAP but not essential).
High attention to detail and timeliness in completing work; a proactive approach to work in general.
Positive outlook and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
