Project Manager - Flood Resilience

Overview:
The Department of Education is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning phase of schools within their Flood Resilience Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core deliverables, including multi-options analyses and detailed business cases in accordance with the Queensland Government's Project Assessment Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning phase of schools within the Flood Resilience Program and manage core deliverables.
* Obtain all relevant regulatory approvals.
* Prepare budget documentation and necessary funding approvals.
* Coordinate internal and external discussions, oversee the project program, and act as the central point of contact for the projects.
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple concurrent education projects in the planning phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience on government infrastructure projects and leading multi-disciplinary project teams. Experience supporting a Flood Resilience Program or related infrastructure resilience initiatives is desirable.
