About the Role

The Customer Engagement Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and delivery of marketing and customer engagement initiatives within dedicated value streams.

This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution and proposition delivery.

Effective collaboration with Senior Campaign Managers, Proposition Managers, MarTech Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers is crucial in delivering high-quality outcomes that enhance customer engagement and drive business value.

In addition to technical expertise, the Customer Engagement Delivery Lead will have people leadership responsibilities, supporting team development and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage campaign planning, execution, and delivery within value streams.
* Negotiate priorities with senior stakeholders and sequence activities for value squads.
* Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to define requirements, set priorities, and manage timelines.
* Ensure alignment between business goals and current technology implementation.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth delivery with minimal disruption.
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes by adopting best practices.
* Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
* Provide regular updates on project status, key challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Lead team members within the squad and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.


About You

We're looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about helping others.

Successful candidates will have:

* 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or delivery management within customer engagement environments.
* Strong background in managing cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
* Proven experience in delivering marketing or customer engagement initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective communication across business and technology teams.
* Experience in agile methodologies and squad-based delivery models.
* Strong problem-solving skills and risk management abilities.
* Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms like Pega CDH, Smartcomm, or similar is preferred.
* Background in the healthcare or insurance industry is desirable.
* Familiarity with decisioning engines and marketing automation tools is desirable.
* Understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy laws in marketing is desirable.
