This full-time in-office position is based in East Brisbane, QLD.
In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for resolving complex IT issues and ensuring our clients\' technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.What You\'ll Be DoingFostering great relationships as the primary IT Consultant for our customers, providing professional best practice IT advice to improve their IT environment.Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests from clients in a timely mannerDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing solutions and recommendationsPerform maintenance, configuration and upgrades on client systems and networksProvide training and guidance to clients on the use of technologyCollaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement improvements to service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation and records of all support activitiesEscalate and coordinate complex issues with the appropriate specialistsWhat We\'re Looking For5+ Years of MSP/Similar Technical Experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar roleExtensive knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud servicesDemonstrated experience with networking protocols, cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure managementStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think criticallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clientsA passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamRelevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or computer scienceValid driver\'s license for onsite visitsWhat We OfferAt TechTidy Consulting, we believe in creating a workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
