About the Role
About the Role: You will play a key role in managing a variety of legal transactions and contracts, providing high-quality support to internal stakeholders. You will draft, review, and manage contracts, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Previous conveyancing experience will be highly regarded, as you will assist with property-related matters as part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage legal and contractual transactions from start to finish.
* Prepare, review, and send contracts and documentation to internal teams and external parties.
* Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including conveyancing and property transactions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure processes meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
About You
* Hold a Legal Executive Diploma or Certificate qualification.
* Previous experience in conveyancing is highly desirable.
* Strong team player who can also work independently and remotely.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
* Proficient in Word and Excel, and quick to learn new systems.
* Passionate about delivering excellent results and exceeding expectations.
