As a Senior Project Manager | Senior Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, as well as manage project teams and communicate with stakeholders, working with clients across the firm.

What you'll do:
* Develop project management plans, scope, objectives, and timelines.
* Define project governance and structure.
* Manage dependencies, activities, project budgets of 2M and above, and resources.
* Lead project teams of 5-20+ technical experts and delegation of tasks.
* Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and/or lead steering committees.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and remove roadblocks for the team.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing large-scale projects with proficiency in project. management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA), including risk management and quality assurance.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of managing medium-sized teams, guiding technical experts, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence others and support long-term strategic business objectives.
* Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing substantial budgets, prioritizing work effectively, and leading multiple projects with broad organizational impact.
