We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic front office team. As the first point of contact for all visitors, guests and incoming phone queries, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and creating a positive impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors and guests
* Provide support business services such as general administration and mail room assistance
* Coordinate all business requests and uses, such as booking meeting rooms etc.
* Provide support for building management issues when required
* Manage publications and ensure tidiness and cleanliness of office
Requirements:
* Strong demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
* Professional telephone manner i.e. iteming, questioning, empathy and professionalism
* Ability to understand queries and assist customers appropriately
* Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
